Tribeca: 1960's Greenwich & Warren Streets

When the fruit and produce wholesalers moved to the Hunts PointTerminal Market in the Bronx., the area that they had occupied in Manhattan (Washington Market) became Tribeca. This photo was taken at the intersection of Greenwich and Warren Streets. All of the buildings in the photo have been replaced. The store on the ground floor of the building is the Fayscott Landis Machine Corp. that sold shoe repair machinery.
